GetBizMusic AI Business Alliance Membership — Terms & Conditions

1. 1.What we do. GetBizMusic organizes and structures your business information into AI-readable formats (schema markup and citation-ready content) so that AI search tools can discover, crawl, and cite your business. Your listing also appears within our music-streaming platform and category directories.
2. 2.No guarantee of results. We do not control how, when, or whether any AI engine, search platform, or answer engine (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini) chooses to display, recommend, or cite your business — that decision is made entirely by each platform's own algorithm, which is outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, hits, impressions, citations, leads, calls, sales, or other business outcomes as a result of membership.
3. 3.No-refund policy. All AI Business Alliance Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Optimization work begins immediately upon payment: once your business information has been structured, schema-marked, and published to AI answer engines, the service has been rendered and cannot be un-optimized or reversed. This applies in cases where a member chooses to cancel before their membership term ends, does not use the services provided, or is dissatisfied with results. This policy is disclosed here, prior to purchase, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723, which requires sellers with a no-refund policy to conspicuously display that policy before a purchase is completed.
4. 4.Membership term & renewal. Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does NOT automatically renew and does NOT automatically charge your payment method again. Approximately 30 days before your membership's annual due date, we will send a reminder email to the email address on file, prompting you to manually renew by making a new payment. If no payment is made, your membership and any associated benefits (ad placement, Knowledge Graph listing visibility, directory presence) will lapse at the end of the paid term. Pricing for renewal is subject to change at any time without notice, except where a Priority Access Code price-lock has been successfully applied, in which case that locked price applies for as long as the membership is continuously renewed without a lapse.
5. 5.Ad content accuracy. The member is responsible for the accuracy of all business information, claims, and content submitted for use in their ad and Knowledge Graph listing. GetBizMusic reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any ad content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates applicable law.
6. 6.No audio production. Popular licensed music is streamed on the platform; GetBizMusic does not create or produce custom audio advertisements for members.
7. 7.Authorized use of business information. By joining, the member grants GetBizMusic permission to use, format, and publicly display their business's public information (name, category, service area, contact details, and approved ad content) for the purposes described in these terms.
8. 8.Honest practices. GetBizMusic prohibits fake listings, spam, or misrepresented business information. Membership may be revoked for violation of this policy.
9. 9.What happens if you don't renew. Since renewal is manual and requires a new payment, no action is needed to avoid being charged. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not respond to the renewal reminder email — your membership will lapse naturally with no further charges.
10. 10.Pay Later / Bill Me Later option. If you select Pay Later / Bill Me Later at checkout, you will be billed by email 7 days after you approve and submit your membership request. If payment is not received within that 7-day period, your ad submission will be automatically cancelled, along with any Founding Member benefits, Priority Access Code price locks, or other promotional terms associated with that submission. To proceed afterward, you will need to submit a new, separately authorized membership request, subject to whatever pricing and terms are then currently in effect.
11. 11.Zelle and Venmo payments. If you choose to pay by Zelle or Venmo, your membership and ad submission will not be considered complete until GetBizMusic has manually verified receipt of your payment. Your listing and any associated benefits will not go live until this verification is completed.
